  • Each application is thoughtfully reviewed to ensure the integrity of our community. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a personal note from one of our founders with your payment details and exclusive access to the private members’ lounge.

  • Because of the immediate access provided and the nature of our portal assets, refunds are not available. That said, your experience matters to us. If you’re ever unhappy, we’d love to connect and explore how we can bring the changes you’d like to see in the community!

  • HOT OFF lives on Slack. Think of Slack as a big group chat that’s neatly organized by topics and interests. It’s free to download, and you can use it on both desktop and the mobile app! Once you’re in, you’ll get a special invite link. 💌
